Perched on top of an historic building at 2 King William Street in the heart of Adelaide, 2KW Bar and Restaurant is an awarded venue, aiming to provide the best of food, drinks and views.

As the name tells you, the space holds both restaurant and bar, where the inside restaurant features large windows looking out to the outdoor terrace bar. Bright and airy, the terrace comes with a marble bar and comfy lounge seating, all surrounded with fantastic views over Adelaide, including the Adelaide Oval.

The 2KW rooftop restaurant serves a large menu of modern Austrailan dishes made perfect to share, while the outside rooftop bar has its own bar menu. Also including its fare share of nibbles, bites and pizza, the drink options are even more impressive.

Including crafted signature cocktails, top whiskey picks and a large selection of beers, most notable is maybe the 2KW wine list, which has been shortlisted for the World's Best Medium Wine List award in 2021.

Sophisticated yet vibrant in atmosphere, the 2KW rooftop bar is a great venue for the chill-out after work cocktails or the weekend vibes with live DJs. Reservations are recommended for the restaurant, but the outdoor terrace works on a first in basis. If you don't go for the LA-inspired and private rooftop cabanas, seating 10-12 and perfect for smaller gatherings.
