In front of the five star luxury Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas on Saadiyat Island you find Beach House Restaurant. And on top, the lovely Shala Beach Lounge, offering panoramic views over the Arabian Sea and especially a sunset that is something extraordinary.

The venue used to be called Beach House Rooftop, but has transformed into a picture-perfect beach lounge, inspired by bohemian free spirits that enjoy the good life.

Shala, which is derived from the Sanskrit word for 'home', comes with a long bar, a fire pit, and cozy furniture made out of natural wood, making you really feel as one with the surrounding elements.

From the rooftop bar you can order refreshing signature cocktails, divided into Fire, Earth, Air and Water. There is also a nice selection of wine and Mediterranean bites, described as honest cuisine.
