The top floor of the fantastic hotel EQ Kuala Lumpur is home to one of the most impressive rooftop experiences KL has to offer. Called Sky51, here you find a very stylish rooftop speakeasy bar, an open-air deck with panoramic city views, and the award-wining fine dining rooftop restaurant Sabayon.

Exquisite and contemporary chic, with dramatic high ceilings accented with copper and bronze tones, and panoramic windows all around, Sabayon is a truly elegant and lavish venue, made for special occasions.

Overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers, here you can indulge in the world on a plate, prepared with premium imported ingredients and exceptional Malaysian products. Filled with flavour and creativity, the seasonal dishes range from Lobster, Foie Gras, Norwegian Salmon and Wagyu Sirloin MB8, to Oyster Potage & Caviar.

Served every evening as a three to seven-course degustation menu (including vegetarian option), the food is complemented by a diverse wine list curated by expert sommeliers.

With food, view and service of absolute top class, this is a must-visit destination in KL. For that extra special experience, private dining rooms are available. And to end the week on a high note, Sabayon also invites to a four-course 'Sunday Sky Brunch' with beverage package options, while child guests can enjoy a two-course meal for kids, ensuring that no one is left out on the experience.
