Griederbar is a luscious and green rooftop bar and lounge in Zurich, situated on the roof of Grieder shopping malls, right in the heart of the city.

The terrace is equipped with classic and comfy lounge couches and white parasols, and up here you get an awesome view over the Paradeplatzof and the city rooftops.

Both indoor lounge and rooftop terrace, the bar and restaurant offers tasty homemade dishes ranging from burgers and sandwiches to soups and salads. The full-service bar menu also includes everything from classic cocktails, local beers and champagne to coffee and tea.

As Griederbar is only open during retail hours, it is mainly a spot perfect for a sunny lunch or a relaxing glass of champagne in between all the shopping. Quite intimate and towards upscale in setting, the terrace is not huge, so book your table in advance if you want to be guaranteed a spot. Especially on a sunny day.
