Taking over from Level 9 Rooftop Bar, Borrego Kitchen & Cocktails is San Diego's newest rooftop retreat, offering dynamic food and beverage pairings rooted in the city's diverse collection of cuisines.

Set on the completely redesigned ninth floor of Hotel Indigo - Gaslamp Quarter, the vibrant and stylish terrace is inspired by the Borrego desert and comes surrounded with a spectacular view of the San Diego skyline, as well as the Petco Park baseball stadium.

Up here you can indulge in a dynamic rooftop menu, featuring a playful and unique selection of shareables with regional ingredients, a wide array of local beers, as well as surprising signature cocktails and a dedicated selection of zero-proof offerings.
