Overview

Note: As of January 31st, 2024, The Press Lounge is closed.

The Press Lounge New York is one of NYC's best and most luxurious rooftop terraces. The rooftop bar is located at the fantastic Kimpton Ink48 Hotel, and comes with panoramic views over both Hudson River and the mighty Manhattan skyline.

Absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset, and a visit here will probably lead to a lot of new photos on your phone.

The Press Lounge is known for their amazing service and quality regarding...pretty much everything. Not the biggest menu, but instead quality over quantity. There is a set of well crafted cocktails, beer on both bottle and draught, an extensive wine list and a selection of seasonally inspired small plates.

The roof terrace at The Press Lounge NYC can accommodate arround 100 guests at the same time making it one of the largest sky lounges in NYC. This is a perfect place for both after-work and post-dinner cocktails, soaking in views of the Big Apple, enjoying the sophisticated but vibrant atmosphere.

The Press Lounge dress code is elegant casual, so you should try to dress to impress when entering this amazing rooftop. And also try to be in good time or make reservations, since the terrace is very popular.

Partly open-air and partly covered, The Press Lounge is open year round, but sometimes booked for private events, so worth checking the availability before visiting to avoid disappointment.
